Carolina Cordón-Bouzán is the Founder, Designer, and Creative Director of MONTSERRAT New York, a jewelry and ready-to-wear brand.

Growing up between Manhattan and Barcelona, she was surrounded by design and production from an early age through her grandfather’s Madison Avenue jewelry atelier and her grandmother’s garment factory in Costa Brava.

After formative years with Vogue/CFDA incubator brand WHIT and a corporate position with H&M’s & Other Stories, Carolina began her own brand: MONTSERRAT New York.

In 2020, she sold the brand to strategic investors, and was hired to stay on as Creative Director & Designer.

She led an investment Seed Round of $3M in 2022, and grew the brand and the team to where it is today.

Now ready for a new challenge, Carolina is looking to join a team where she can bring her entrepreneurial spirit and creative direction to help grow a sophisticated brand to greater success through strategic problem solving, elevated design, and creative thinking.
